Totally Lisa! This photo needs to be brought to the next BC for further inspection.
HA ha ha ha ha! Yep, it's me! I had a perm that was growing out and I think my mom tried to "feather" my hair?? What you can't see in the photo is the mauve jeans I am wearing. I remember being jealous of my sister's pouf and bangs.
D does have a pouf to envy ;)
